John Peck is the senior director of people services operations at Gladstone. With over 30 years of experience in of human resources, John oversees benefits and leaves administration, legal compliance, performance management, assists with employee relations and conflict resolution, and serves as functional lead for many of the HR systems Gladstone uses, such as Workday. His team manages Gladstone's rich benefits program and administers a multi-state leave program. John holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s degree in speech communications from San Francisco State University. He is a member of the Association of Independent Research Institutes and the Society for Human Resource Management.
