Information Gathering and Use
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website by identifying which parts of our site are most heavily used, and which portion of our audience comes from within the Gladstone network. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, meaning that user sessions will be tracked, but the users will remain anonymous unless further action has been officially warranted.
Our staff occasionally monitors search terms that users enter into the Gladstone Search Engine, however, this tracking is not associated with individual users.
Gladstone may use the information gathered to tailor site content to user needs and to generate aggregate statistical reports. At no time will we disclose site usage by individual IP addresses, except at the request of U.S. and state agencies as required by law. Web server logs are retained on a temporary basis and then deleted regularly and completely from our systems.
