Black History Month
February 8-February 29, 2024

Participate in Gladstone’s Black History Month book swap! Members from Elevated Voices have set up a book swap on the community table in the Gladstone lobby, filled with books by Black authors that are available for anyone to pick up and read.

To help keep the books stocked, you can also add a book written by a Black author to the table, similar to a little free library.

You can stop by the book swap anytime from February 8–29, 2024, to pick up or add a book.

A variety of genres will be represented. Some books you’ll find in the book swap include:

Remote Employees

If you work remotely and are interested in checking out some of the recommended books, you can use this book list to find or add suggestions to.

You can sign up for a local library card, which will give you access to physical, ebooks, and audiobooks. Download the Libby app for ebooks and audiobooks. Prime Reading also offers free ebooks if you’re an Amazon Prime member.
