This workshop provides an introduction to pathway analysis using R. You’ll begin with a tour of common software tools and methods for functional enrichment analysis, including WikiPathways, Cytoscape, RStudio, and the R packages: clusterProfiler, rWikiPathways, and RCy3. Then, the hands-on portion will walk you through a basic enrichment analysis, including basic data visualization and exploration. You’ll be introduced to advanced topics on pathway visualization and publishing figures. There will also be time to work with your own data and project topics.

The Gladstone Data Science Training Program was started in 2018 to provide trainees with learning opportunities and hands-on workshops to improve their skills in bioinformatics and computational analysis.
