Meromit Singer and her group focuses on elucidating the function and underlying regulation of the immune system during homeostasis, cancer, and autoimmunity. They generate high-throughput datasets and develop machine-learning frameworks to characterize in vivo systems and generate testable hypotheses about their regulation.
