Step into nature and take time for yourself. This moderate hike invites postdocs to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with one another in a setting far from the lab in San Francisco’s beautiful Presidio.
This event is open to Gladstone and UC San Francisco (UCSF) postdocs. Families are welcome to join!
Prepare for the Hike
- Wear walking or hiking shoes that are comfortable for a long walk
- Bring a light jacket and water bottle
- Learn more about the trail and download a map of all Presidio trails
- Get familiar with the area
- Get directions to the meeting point. This is a small parking lot, so we encourage carpooling or using public transportation. There is a fee for parking in most of the Presidio.
Hosted in collaboration with UCSF Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs.
