Constantine Tzouanas, PhD, is currently a Biswas Fellow at MIT, in the labs of Sangeeta Bhatia and Alex Shalek. During his PhD, he developed and applied single-cell and spatial -omics tools to discover how high-fat diets prime tumorigenesis months in the future, as well as how spatially structured communities of cells determine whether the body fights off infection.
