Lorenz P. Studer, MD is the director of the Center for Stem Cell Biology at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Studer has made breakthroughs for neurodegenerative diseases, and his research led to the development of a cell-based therapy for Parkinson’s disease.
