Dress Code

As a Gladstone employee, you should wear clothing that’s appropriate for the nature of Gladstone’s business and the type of work you perform. Your clothing should be neat, clean, and tasteful and you should avoid clothing that can create a safety hazard. Your lab and area supervisors may give you more specific guidelines.

Respect in the Workplace

As a Gladstone employee, you’re expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Gladstone is committed to a workplace free of harassment and discrimination. Sexual harassment is defined as any unwelcome verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature that is severe or pervasive and affects working conditions, or creates a hostile work environment. Discrimination is defined as making a distinction against, or in favor of, someone based on the group category or class that he or she belongs to, instead of his or her own individual worth or merit. Additional training around these important topics will be provided upon your arrival to Gladstone.
