Yanilka Soto-Muniz
Yanilka Soto-Muniz received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, and is currently completing her PhD in neuroscience in the Nakamura lab. Her research focuses on identifying genes and pathways that regulate energy metabolism in neurons, information which may eventually contribute to the development of new therapies for neurodegenerative diseases.
