American Heart Association
Join Gladstone for the American Heart Association (AHA) San Francisco Heart Walk! This year’s goal is to raise $2,500 across 10 Gladstone teams and 100 walkers. The AHA provides a number of grants for Gladstone scientists, so the funds raised during the event will help support our life-saving research, advance health equity, and transform the health of communities.

- Visit the Heart Walk page on the AHA website. Click “Register.”
- Select “Join a Team.”
- Choose “Gladstone Institutes” from the drop down to find your team.
- Fill out your profile details and your personal fundraising goal.
- Click “Complete Registration” to join Gladstone’s Team!
You’ll receive an email confirmation.

The American Heart Association’s Heart Walk is an annual event that celebrates survivors of heart disease and stroke, and raises funds for live-saving research, policy change, and public health education. Each year, Gladstonians participate in the walk, showing support with fellow volunteers while fundraising for the AHA.
