Nikkei Asian Review—Gladstone Senior Investigator Nevan Krogan describes how his lab launched a collaborative effort to map all human proteins that interact with SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Through this heroic effort, a map was produced in just a few weeks. Now, the team is testing to see if drugs can be used to disrupt those interactions to fight the infection.
