Marius Wernig, MD, PhD, associate professor at the Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine at Stanford University, is the winner of the 2018 Ogawa-Yamanaka Stem Cell Prize. He was selected for his groundbreaking research in cellular reprogramming and stem cell–based therapies for genetic disease.
