In this Flow Cytometry Core workshop with Jane Srivastava, you’ll explore the practical application of running a cytometer and how different experimental parameters—such as flow rate, thresholding, and event collection—can affect the quality of the data. You’ll learn how to analyze the data, from the display and gating to the statistical approaches you need to find answers to your questions.
