This workshop will describe and demo a pipeline in R to implement all aspects of data from repeated measures experimental designs.
In this hands-on session you’ll learn how to:
- Specify designs and test model assumptions
- Identify outliers and repeated-measure groups
- Perform sample size and power calculations
- Derive and visualize estimates of interest
Intermediate: This is an intermediate workshop in the Biostats series. Serving as a follow-up to Introduction to Linear Mixed Effects Models.

The Gladstone Data Science Training Program was started in 2018 to provide trainees with learning opportunities and hands-on workshops to improve their skills in bioinformatics and computational analysis. This program offers a series of workshops throughout the year to enable trainees to gain new skills and get support with their questions and data.
