The high-level language of R is considered one of the most powerful languages for quantitative analysis, statistics, and graphics. This hands-on workshop will be taught as a two-part webinar. It is designed for folks who have some experience using R and are looking to take their R skills to the next level. You will learn how to generate high-quality and publication-ready data visualizations using ggplot2. A beginner-level knowledge of R is required.

Note: This workshop will be held over 2 days: Monday, April 13, and Tuesday, April 14, 2020, 2:30–4:00pm. You must attend the first day in order to attend the second day.

Learning Path

This is an intermediate workshop in the R Scripting series. Prior experience with R is required.

The Gladstone Data Science Training Program was started in 2018 to provide trainees with learning opportunities and hands-on workshops to improve their skills in bioinformatics and computational analysis.
