Rita Brown

Intercultural Trainer and Integral Master Coach

Coaching can help you develop skills for your personal and professional goals. If you attend at least one online classroom session of Designing Your Life in the United States, you can also participate in the group coaching sessions. You can join one or both group sessions, but attending both is recommended.

In this program, you’ll meet with a coach in a group session to address any topic you’d like to focus on, such as stress reduction, networking, developing confidence, or strengthening your capacity to manage culture shock.

You can get help with these types of questions:

  • Do you speak English, but want more confidence in expressing yourself?
  • Are you facing unforeseen challenges while adjusting to American culture?
  • Do you have a working visa, but feel overwhelmed about finding a job?
  • Are you confused about being yourself while respecting American values?
  • Do you feel socially isolated and want to feel part of a community?
  • Did you come to the Bay Area to support your partner and now find it challenging to reinvent yourself?
