Barbara Engelhardt, PhD
The Engelhardt Lab has been building models and methods to approach structured, spatially resolved single cell datasets. The objective of this line of work is to begin to understand how a cell’s state is affected by its local neighborhood, and study how changes to that neighborhood may predictably modify cell state.
Gladstone Science Talks allow investigators to share the latest research from their laboratories. These talks are open to the broader Gladstone community.
