Michelle Sibly is the vice president of finance at Gladstone. She is also the president and treasurer of GRE, LLC, a Gladstone-controlled real-estate investment trust, and the treasurer of the Gladstone Foundation. Her team manages Gladstone’s investment portfolio, performs financial forecasting and analysis, establishes policies and procedures, and oversees all aspects of fiscal and regulatory compliance, including preparation and implementation of Gladstone’s annual budget. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Victoria, trained as a Canadian chartered accountant, and is a California certified public accountant (inactive).
