Carrie Corcoran, founder of Carrie Cares Employer Brand Consulting, aims to revolutionize talent attraction and enterprise hiring. With her exceptional expertise in recruiting operations excellence, she has dedicated herself to eliminating the barriers that hinder companies from finding the best talent.

Corcoran’s laser-focused approach centers around empowering her clients with enhanced hiring processes, leveraging cutting-edge and innovative technologies, and equipping recruiters with the vital skills necessary to stand out in the competitive talent landscape.

Her journey in employer branding began over a decade ago when she made a significant impact at Working Solutions, a renowned contact center solutions company. From there, she followed her passion for the hospitality industry and led global programs for the prestigious Hilton brand. She sought new challenges and ventured into the banking sector as the first VP of Talent Attraction at BOK Financial, spearheading groundbreaking regional initiatives.

In 2020, Carrie founded Carrie Cares LLC, a platform to channel her expertise and provide exceptional consulting services.
