In this session of Design Lab, you’ll learn how to give a second life to images from your publications by using them in slides for your next talk. You’ll also discover the best way to import crisp, vector-based illustrations and data visualizations, how to improve lower-quality pixel-based images outputs with PowerPoint labels and annotations, and how to use animations to bring these elements to life.

After the demo, you can pick the experts' brains! You'll have a chance to ask questions related to the session, or bring your real-life examples and talk about pain points you're experiencing in our own design.

Who Can Attend?

Design Lab is geared toward investigators and trainees who have any level of design experience. Some familiarity with design or illustration software is ideal, but the principles covered are universal and can be implemented with any software.
