Flow Cytometry Core
Join Jane Srivastava from the Flow Cytometry Core to develop your skills in the flow cytometry analysis software FlowJo. In this session, you’ll learn how to:
- Use the compensation tool to correct for fluorescence spillover emissions
- Use the statistics editor
- Create statistics on single samples
- Add plugins for multi-parameter programs
- Run t-SNE algorithms
The training will be presented as a pre-recorded video, followed by a live question-and-answer session. Afterward, you’ll receive a copy of the recording and the FCS files used.
This session is designed for users who have some familiarity with FlowJo or who attended the Basic FloJo training. Before the session, make sure your computer has FlowJo installed, or download a free trial.
