Vincent E. Moseley is the chief investment officer (CIO) at Gladstone. In this role, he has been responsible for the negotiation and oversight of nearly $200M in real estate and real-estate secured debt transactions. Prior to serving as Gladstone’s CIO, Vincent served as Gladstone’s chief financial officer (CFO) and vice president of finance, and as the CFO of the Gladstone Foundation. Vincent is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of management experience, with expertise in finance, investments, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Gladstone, Vincent worked as a financial executive at a pharmaceutical and information technology firm, and at public accounting firms Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and BDO Seidman. Vincent also served on the board of directors for several biomedical research and philanthropic non-profits. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
