Image Description
Human WTC-hNIL iPSC were aggregated in suspension culture and then induced to differentiate into motor neurons with doxycycline. Spheroid was plated on day 3 and fixed on day 7, stained with anti-NFL/alexa488 and SMI32/alexa594.
