Histology and Light Microscopy Core
Jorge Castro
Stereology is an unbiased method to accurately interpret 3-dimensional objects in images using systematic random sampling. You can use stereology to quantitate the number of cells in a region, the length of axons, or the volume of an intracellular structure. In this seminar, you’ll join Jorge Castro from MBF Bioscience for an introduction to Stereo Investigator software.
