Alejandro Gonzalez Delgado
Alex Gonzalez Delgado is a postdoctoral fellow in the Shipman lab. He completed his PhD at the Spanish National Research Council in Granada, Spain. During his postdoc, he is investigating ways to use enzymes found in bacteria as tools for bioengineering. In particular, he is working with reverse transcriptases, a set of proteins which have changed the understanding of how information flows within cells.
