Gladstone’s core facilities support innovative research through state-of-the-art equipment, technologies, and training for the Bay Area research community. 

This event is open to Gladstone, Alexandria, UC San Francisco, and other Mission Bay labs. 

Refreshments will be served, so be sure to register to ensure an accurate attendance count.


Participating Cores

Assay Development and Drug Discovery 
Provides expertise and services setting up new or existing assays for medium/high-throughput screening. Offers access to state-of-the-art high throughput screening (HTS) equipment and bioannotated compound libraries.

Behavioral 
Offers a complete service package, including design and execution of a wide breadth of mouse behavioral experiments, as well as data compilation and analysis that is designed to be ready for publication. 

Bioinformatics 
Offers collaboration, consulting, and training with a dynamic team of data analysts, statisticians, and programmers covering a wide range of omics, integrative analysis, and systems biology areas.

Flow Cytometry 
Provides training, expertise, and access to flow cytometry and cell-sorting services, as well as assistance with data analysis.

Genomics 
Offers bulk RNA/DNA sequencing, single-cell genomics and spatial gene expression analysis, from consultation and sample QC to library preparation and Illumina sequencing.

Histology and Light Microscopy 
Collaborates with scientists on histological techniques, advanced light microscopy, image processing, and analysis.

Stem Cell 
Provides comprehensive cutting-edge services, training, expertise, and access to equipment and cell lines for induced pluripotent stem cells and embryonic stem cell research.
