In honor of World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2022, join this session on how to address and mitigate burnout.
This lunch and learn seminar will cover:
- Prevalence and impact of burnout in academic populations
- An overview of the burnout cycle and how to break it
- The factors that contribute to burnout and how academics can address them
If you plan to attend in person, register by October 5, 2022. Lunch will be provided to those who attend in person.
This event is hosted by Gladstone's Counseling and Wellness Center and Dragonfly Mental Health, a non-profit organization designed by scientists for scientists to improve the mental health and wellness of scientists in academia. Dragonfly Mental Health develops, deploys, and evaluates evidence-based strategies to produce sustainable mental health culture in higher education.
