Julia Roudabush is the director of grants and contracts at Gladstone. Her team organizes pre-award grant submissions and post-award grant management. They provide internal and external financial reporting, work with investigators to develop a financial plan for projects, implement changes in employee effort and salary allocations, and ensure compliance with sponsor and organization policies. Prior to joining Gladstone, Julia was a contracts and grants manager at the Parkinson’s Institute. She received her BA from California State University, Monterey Bay, and is a certified research administrator.
