Susan Dzierson is the vice president of human resources at Gladstone. In this capacity she provides leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy, policies and procedures in support of the overall mission, goals and strategic direction of Gladstone Institutes, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, management and retention, employee relations, organizational and performance management, training and development, benefits, compensation and diversity initiatives. Susan has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of human resources management and development in higher education and independent research organizations. She has served on HR advisory boards for both TIAA and Fidelity institutional investments and is currently a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Susan has a BA in English from the University at Albany in Albany, NY.
