2019 Ogawa-Yamanaka Prize Nomination Form

Nominations will be accepted through May 15, 2019

The following is required to submit a nomination for the Ogawa-Yamanaka Stem Cell Prize

  • Nominee’s CV
  • 1–5 publications by the nominee (must include link to publication)
  • 1–3 reference letters in support of the nominee
  • Short summary (500 words) of why the nominee should be considered

Please note that you cannot save an incomplete nomination and return to it at a later time. We recommend that you draft your nomination summary in a separate document and save it for your records.

Award Details

  • Unrestricted cash prize of $150,000 USD
  • Prize may be equally shared by multiple awardees

Nominee Criteria

  • Independent investigator in stem cell biology or regenerative medicine
  • Nominee does not have to be a United States Citizen
  • Nominee does not have to work in the United States
  • Must be available to attend the award ceremony on November 6, 2019 at the Gladstone Institutes in San Francisco, California, and present their research
