Maxine Nelson

Graduate Student, Huang Lab

Maxine Nelson is a graduate student in the UCSF Biomedical Sciences program, doing her thesis work in Yadong Huang’s lab at Gladstone. Her research goal is to determine the underlying mechanisms of an Alzheimer’s disease–protective gene mutation, which may identify novel therapeutic targets for Alzheimer’s disease.
