Catherine Tcheandjieu

Assistant Investigator

Catherine Tcheandjieu uses population genetics and machine learning to identify genes that are associated with cardiovascular disease. In particular, her team is interested in understanding the genetics of cardiovascular disease risk in groups that have been historically understudied in medical genetics such as African, African American, Latinx, and Indigenous populations.
