Ron Cohn and Tal Varsano, Fludigm

Single-cell analysis is a powerful approach to study many aspects of human development and disease, but techniques like flow cytometry and scRNA seq cannot provide information about spatial relationships between cells in a tissue. In contrast, tissue imaging approaches, like immunofluorescence, can capture context but may be limited by the number of markers that can be measured at once. One approach to solve this conundrum is imaging mass cytometry (IMC), which enables analysis of complex cellular phenotypes in the spatial context of the tissue microenvironment.

Join representatives from Fluidign to learn about IMC and the Hyperion Imaging System, which allows simultaneous imaging of up to 37 protein markers on frozen or formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues using CyTOF. Find out how this technology can advance your research.
