Well-being at Work
Facilitated by Jillian Goldstein
Jennifer Crosby
Whether your life was disrupted due to health, grief, loss, anxiety, or childcare—each of us has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in some way.
COVID-19 has left some people with a diminished sense of engagement, enjoyment, and motivation. As we’re now entering a phase of easing pandemic restrictions, how do we go from feelings of languishing and malaise, to reconnecting with what inspires and energizes us, so we can flourish?
This Well-being at Work discussion will provide space for you to come together with your colleagues to discuss how you’ve been struggling during the pandemic, and find inspiration from others for how to thrive once again.
This event is open to anyone at Gladstone.
