BD Biosciences

Join representatives from BD Biosciences for a tutorial on how to design experimental panels for flow cytometry. You’ll learn about spectral overlap and data resolution constraints, and receive a brief introduction to the Guided Panel Solution (GPS) web tool, which can help you maximize resolution and streamline panel design, from 3 colors to 30 colors and beyond. In addition, you’ll learn:

  • How to significantly reduce complexity, minimize spectral overlap, and maximize population resolution when using multiple fluorochromes
  • The benefits of BD Horizon Brilliant™ polymer dyes, which have revolutionized modern panel design.
  • How to optimize antibody/fluorochrome combination choices.

This course is designed for users with basic flow cytometry knowledge, or who have completed the Introduction to Flow Cytometry online module.

Lunch will be provided to those who register.
