The Lab is an interactive movie where you become the lead characters and make decisions about integrity in research that can have long-term consequences. The simulation addresses responsible conduct of research topics such as avoiding research misconduct, mentorship responsibilities, handling of data, responsible authorship, and questionable research practices.

The Responsible Conduct of Research program provides Gladstone’s scientific community opportunities to openly discuss ethical issues in scientific research and complete the requirements of the NIH policy. Courses are held every 2 months and cover a variety of topics on scientific ethics.
