Genomics Core Seminar

Learn about BD’s Rhapsody Technology
“Introducing BD’s Rhapsody System + AbSeq for Single Cell Analysis”
Friday, January 19, 2018 - 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Room 107C/D

This event is open to Gladstone scientists.

Please join the Genomics Core and BD for a presentation entitled “Introducing BD’s Rhapsody System + AbSeq for Single Cell Analysis.”

The following items will be discussed.

  • BD’s Rhapsody Technology (single cell analysis of 100s to 10,000s of single cells) and how it compliments current SC technologies being used in the UCSF research community
  • How a targeted approach to single cell mRNAseq can provide your SC research with enhanced sensitivity and significant cost savings
  • New single cell applications: Multiplexing Kits and AbSeq for simultaneous profiling of surface marker proteins and transcripts

Lunch will be provided for those who register.
